Goal:

• Conduct awareness campaigns and advocacy initiatives within communities to promote the rights of women and children.
• Implement skill development and economic empowerment programs to foster self-reliance among women.
• Make impactful interventions in children’s education, nutrition, health, and protection.
•  Develop community-based programs to eliminate harmful social practices such as gender-based violence, child labour, and child marriage.

Objectives:

• Conduct community-based awareness and advocacy campaigns to promote the rights of women and children.
•  Implement skill development and economic empowerment programs to support women’s self-reliance.
• Make strong interventions in the areas of children’s education, nutrition, health, and protection.
• Develop community-based programs to eliminate harmful social practices such as gender-based violence, child labour, and child marriage.
• Provide vocational training (e.g., tailoring, agricultural training, small enterprises) to at least 200 women each year.
• Provide educational support and nutritional assistance to 300 poor and at-risk children over the next three years.
•  Organise awareness programs on women’s and children’s rights in at least 10 rural/municipal areas each year.
• Establish cooperatives or group-based enterprises to support the development of 50 women entrepreneurs within two years.
• Operate counselling services for the protection and reintegration of women and children affected by violence.
